Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Orbiflow to delete the data we hold about you at any time.

How to request deletion

• Email connect@navantra.in from the address on your account with the subject "Data deletion request", and tell us which account or phone number the request concerns.
• If you signed in or connected through Facebook, you can also remove Orbiflow under Facebook Settings, Apps and Websites, then email us so we delete the data we stored.

What happens next

• We verify the request and confirm by email, normally within 7 days.
• We delete your account, contacts, conversations and stored access tokens within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example billing records).
• If you are a customer of a business that uses Orbiflow, that business controls your messages; we will forward your request to them where needed.
